He spent his childhood playing in the quaint back alleys of Lititz and his adult years studying the real estate market as a personal pastime. Troy and his wife, Chris, just a few blocks from downtown Lititz and are active in the local community. On any given day, you’re likely to see them walking their dogs, Murphy and Chowder, around town. After a successful career in supply chain management with a global building materials company, Troy decided to pursue a second career combining his interest in real estate with his strong desire to help others.
